Rios

Dark-skinned, dark-haired folks who come from beyond the Southwestern Waste. Their language is totally foreign and bizarre.

We have heard that there was a Rio invasion of sorts going on in what was the Kingdom of Bexar, and resulted in the Death of Bexar.

We hear that the Rios are trading with the westernmost part of the Frontier, and that they are from an empire known as the Rio Ascendancy, which is ruled, or at least heavily influenced by one that they call His Holiness.
