The Reconquest of Old Bexar

After their rough treatment at the hands of separatist Rios in Episode 8, Faolan and Tanner formed a plan to rid the world of the Supreme Leader and his minions.

After some debate and consulting with Miss Macon and President Branwell, Our Heroes (this time, joined by Beale) headed into North Anglia to raise an army. First, they travelled into Anglia City. After the purchase of a pair of magick-dampening rings from an acquaintance of Worner Hesenberg's, Maester Burger, they met with Grey and Anne, and persuaded them to allow Gahanna to lead his host south to join the Frontier militia into invading what used to be the Kingdom of Bexar.

Faolan's strong affections for the boy and his mother pulled at him, but he declined the offer to join the King's Watch, and headed east to Martin's Ferry. Our Heroes were amazed at what they saw in Gahanna's stronghold, most notably a huge library (which mesmerized Tanner) and a Northwoman named Gilda (who kept Faolan......occupied). Tanner befriended a young, lame, aspiring librarian named Jay, and Faolan did his best to become aquainted the best swordsmen that he could find (we he wasn't doing a different kind of sword-work with Gilda).

Our Heroes found Lord Gahanna eager to make war, and they arranged to have the Frontier Militia and Lord Gahanna's Host meet in Brown's Ferry. After spending the Summer Solstice Festival in Martin's Ferry, Our Heroes rode out the next morning. They again met with Anglia's Royal Family, as well as Orin Ironheart when they passed through the capital on the way back home.

The combined army of Lord Gahanna's Host and the Frontier Militia assaulted the Rios Army and Pyramid, and succeeded only after Faolan and Samson defeated the Supreme Leader and his minions and Tanner brought Sunfire to the battlefield.
