Newhope

Located on the site of ancient Chattanooga, TN.

A Frontier city along the Brown River. Newhope is a very prosperous town that lacks much of the rebelliousness of the rest of the the Frontier. Because of the logistical problems of moving large cavalry forces to it's location, Newhope has been largely spared the worst of the occupation of the Redlegs, and Newhope's citizens feel little in common with their fellow Southerners.
