Lord Wallace

Lord Wallace

An Anglish Nobleman who governs the territory immediately north of the Brown River, just across from Brown's Ferry. The town of Prospect, near an 'abandoned' mine, has grown up near his manor house.

Lord Wallace is something of an enlightened noble; he has relatively good relations with the Frontier Council in Brown's Ferry. He doesn't interfere in their local business. The trade between north and south has enriched Wallace more than conventional agriculture would line his pockets. Lord Wallace is interested in good trade and order; the two go hand in hand, and he'll tolerate no disruption to either one.

Lord Wallace's house guards are professional soldiers in every sense. Most saw action in the Frontier Council's Rebellion. They are skilled bow and sword and they are comfortable defending a castle or campaigning in the field. They bear no ill will to the Frontier Militia, and there has not been any trouble between members of either group in some time. That's not to say there aren't tensions, but cooler heads have prevailed.
