A young Bexari man, sent by King Samson to East Point. He brought a gift of fine Bexari Knives to Tanner, as well as personal correspondence. Joseph was sent to learn what he could of Frontier ways and technology.

He is secretly a healer, and has some ability with magic, though he hides this fact.

He confirmed the rumors that Queen Bexar has given birth to a son. One that does not look like Samson.
