Fish Lords
Anglian Nobles whose lands lie along what were once called Lake Superior and Lake Michigan. They tend to hold themselves apart from most Anglian affairs, and are derisively known as "Fish Lords" by most other Anglian nobles. They pay taxes to the Anglian Crown, and maintain homes within the Fourth Circle of Anglia City, though these homes are little used by important family members.
These noble families include (in alphabetical order):
Claire
Charlesvoix
Holland
Huron
Mackinaw
Reed
Going from West to East along the coast, their holdings are arranged thus:
Holland
Charlesvoix
Mackinaw
Huron
Reed
The land holdings of the Claire family are in the middle of the peninsula, centered on the great crossing of two tarstone roads. They have no coastal holdings, and they are called "The Lords of the Dell" by the other Fish Lords.
