Spans dates Yule 14, 2438 to the morning of 1/1/2439
- Faolan and Tanner joined a delegation representing the Kingdom of Gahanna in negotiations with Anglian Lords in Westerville near the Gahanna-Huber border.
- The meeting was on Yule 20 in Big Jack's Tavern. The Anglian delegation was led by Samuel Evans, along with Rance Huber, and Joshua Macomb. Gahanna was was represented by Lady Bramma, Captain Wheeling, Sergeant Kirker as well as our Our Heroes. An Underworld group attacks both sides, killing one of the Anglian pages, and wounding several. Had it not been for healing magicks dispensed by Lady Bramma, Joseph, and ?Faolan?, several would have died. An Anglian mage, Lady Alexandria disappears and turns out to be involved with the Underworld.
- Tanner, Faolan, Sara, Joseph, and Samuel Evans followed her into the Underworld, where they observed Alexandria fleeing. They destroyed her guard, but were unable to catch her. They did, however, ambush and destroy an Underworld patrol, and managed to return to the Anglian plane with the aid of a slave-witch, Friend, that they freed.
- During this escapade, three other things became clear:
#Samuel Evans does not let his lack of aptitude keep him out of a fight.
#Sara can fly.
- Evans, Huber, and Macomb, all appear to be good men (who had nothing to do with the ambush, or the death of Queen Anne), if Faolan's reading with the Band of Insight can be trusted.
- The Anglian survivors and Our Heroes traveled first to Lord Huber's (where they were treated like heroes and friends) and then on Anglia City, where they arrived on Festival.
- Faolan, in an attempt to contact the followers of Queen Anne, begins making a series of performances and speeches in which he praises his lost love. He is contacted by the Sisters of the Church of the Angel Queen and brought to see the Queen Anne in the Half-Light, and spends a most-wondrous time catching up.
