Notes on Character Creation:

- Pick your roll

- Perception: 8

- Physical Beauty: between 8 and 22, 100 pt/per for anything higher

- No ambidextrous (it's weird, it's a +20 for offhand attack,

essentially 5 ranks in a weapon, worth hundreds/thousands of XP!)

- All human

- Aspects: None & no effect

- Birthdate: your choice

- Heritage & birth order is up to you, although any first sons of

North Anglian nobility have been disowned - no xp bonus for bastards

(not much stigma)

- Most characters should be early to mid 20's

- You don't have money to spend per se, I'll tell you what you

equipment you can feasibly have & otherwise you'll be broke.

- 5000xp (plus we'll cheat and let you use rule 8.6 and spend 100xp

for one skill at rank 0)

- Don't forget the cold steel rule for mages (you'll want staff or

mace or some such until you can find a super fancy weapon)
